CONDITION 2: The development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the plans ref: 203.03 and 208.05 received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 February 2019 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.

CONDITION 3: The facing materials to be used on the external walls and roof shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance.
